Important Billing Information
We offer bulk-billing for most of the consultations to all patients with a valid Medicare card following recent changes to Medicare. Procedures will be privately billed. E.g. Implanon insertion or removal, Skin excisions.

Yes, we offer same-day appointments based on availability. Please use our online GP booking system or call our medical centre directly on 03 9977 7855 to check for available slots.

When booking an appointment, please provide your full name, contact details. This helps our GPs prepare for your consultation and ensures you receive the best possible care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through our online system or by contacting our medical practice directly. To avoid a $40 charge, please notify us at least two hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient.

Yes, we offer phone consults for patients who prefer to consult with our GPs remotely. You can book Phone Consult services through our website, just like any other appointment.
